Lauren has grown up surrounded in real estate, from a young age was accustomed to touring & viewing homes. She started her own business at the age of 18 that 8 years later is self sufficiently operating. Lauren like her parents appreciate old homes and all the characteristics they offer. Lauren has many years of customer service experience from owning & operating her own business.
Robbie Mair
Robbie has spent the past 12 years in real estate, quickly adapting and becoming a master negotiator. Robbie is a former Junior A hockey player and studied marketing at the University of Guelph. With knowledge in housing construction and development, Robbie brings his drive, ambition & enthusiasm to our team every single day.
Rob & Sharon Mair
Sharon and Rob met at Sheridan College in Brampton. Rob went on to be elected Student Body President for the Brampton and Milton campuses. He was a born promoter! Rob owned and operated a rust proofing centre known as "Oil All" as well as "Sheridan Asphalt Sealing", and "Sheridan's Perfection Painting" while also managing the affairs of Sheridan College as Student President at school. Sharon & Rob have a love for century homes and have owned and fixed up many. They have the knowledge and experience when it comes to purchasing & selling your home and how to get the most for your money.
Sharon has 36 years of experience as a sales representative in the real estate industry, she is an "Executive Club" and "Hundred Percent Club" awards winner! Rob joined the industry shortly after where he quickly rose to be one of the top agents in Canada in his first 15 months in business. He continuously remains in the top percentile in the peel region with awards such as the "The Platinum Club", "Hundred Percent Club", and "The Diamond Club". Both Sharon and Rob are in the "Remax Hall Of Fame".
Our family has been very involved in charity fundraising & many community events. Rob was a former executive of "The Salvation Army (Brampton)". He was also founder & chairman of "Kid Wish", a fundraiser for under privileged children at Christmas.
They have also run an annual golf tournament called the "Gary Goss / Gary Evans Memorial" with over $40,000 in proceeds going to the "Cruisers Sports for the Physically Disabled". The annual "Shriners Fishing Derby" and "Cheltenham Day" are also some community events they've volunteered at.
We feel our combined strengths and experience are a benefit to all of our clients. This is a business that is never left at the office and we take our service very seriously.
